Brigitte Bardot-Cheryl Cole Inspired Hair and Makeup- With Hair Extensions

I love doing a bit of a diva look from time to time. For those who know me, I don't actually wear a lot of makeup from day to day...but occasionally I like to vamp it up a little bit.

We have had horrendous weather this summer so far and I wanted to do something bit summery with a touch of glam without having TOO much makeup on.

I couldn't decide on what I wanted to do, as I was inspired by some Bardot photos I had seen recently as well as Cheryl Cole's new music video. So I did my own little makeup-up mash-up. I compiled both looks into one that suited me and my style and hopefully it will suit some of yours as well.

HERE IS WHAT I USED (this is includes hair as well):

Monu-   Collagen Cream (great for dehydrated skin and smells amazing!

Estee Lauder-    Illuminating perfecting primer (great for dull skin! Gives a dewy finish!)

Clinique - Touch Base Concealer for the eyes (gives an illuminating effect, it's waterproof and lovely!)

MAC- Rubinesque Paint Pot (also waterproof. No one wants smudgy eyeshadow in the summer!)

Estee Lauder- Dessert Heat Eyeshadow Palette (Great neutrals)

Estee Lauder- Invisible Fluid Makeup (I love this foundation and can't stop using it! It is lightweight, good coverage and great for summer. It's a must buy in my opinion)

Estee Lauder - Disappear Smoothing Concealer (minimises fine lines)

bareMinerals - Mineral Veil (It's similar to using an HD powder as it is finely milled powder and lightweight)

Clinique- Caryon in Brown Sugar (this is a gorgeous bronze liner. I think I stole this from my mom by accident when I was in the states. Sorry mom. )

Remmel - Exaggerate Waterproof Black liner (I put this in my water line)

Maybelline- Black Mascara One by one (I needed quite a bit of this)

MAC- Omega Eyeshadow (this is in an ash colour which works better for blondes with more ash tones in their hair i.e., cooler tones)

MAC- Harmony Blusher in Matte (Matte colours are better to contour with as they don't have reflective properties. This is better as you want to leave the highlighting for places you want to show off i.e. the tops of your cheek bones.)

MAC- Flirt & Tease Blusher (this is a sheer tone blusher which is build able. It looks dark in the pot but builds lightly)

MAC- Hush Frost (Highlighting cream, great for the cheek bones and any high planes you want to highlight)

NYX - 607 Cream Lip stick (nude colour)

+C - Instant Volume Lipgloss (light pink. Plumping effects)

ClipHair- Hair Extensions, 24in, x2 packages in Ash blonde.
